This Outlook & Outlook Express Section was specifically created to help you change your authentication settings of your email. We just updated our servers and the new servers require this check box selected on your Email Programs for your email to work appropriately.

Microsoft Outlook Steps:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook and click on "Tools".
2. Select "Accounts".

3. A window will open and select the "Mail" tab.
4. Select the email account you would like to update and click on "Properties" or double click on the account.

5. You will see another window. Now select the "Server" tab and click on the checkbox for:
"My server requires authentication".

6. No click on the "Ok" button and close all the windows. You are set!
