Q. What can I have printed on my invitation or announcement? 
At Say It With Paper, our job is to help you announce your personal events.  We encourage you to be as creative as you want to be.  You pick the card, the wording, and the font, so have fun.  The wording is totally up to you!   To help you with some wording, we have included a link to another website that can help you select some verses for your announcements & invitations.
 http://www.verseit.com/index.cfm  Please be mindful of the space you will have for the announcement you are creating.  If we are unable to fit everything on your card, due to space, we will contact you. We will do all the centering, line spacing, punctuation, capitalization and font sizing for you.  Do not enter personalization in all capital letters.  Capitalize only where appropriate.

Q. Is there a minimum order? 
Yes, there is a minimum order of 20 cards/invitations or notes.    

Q. How do I pay for my order? 
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express for payment.  If you pay with Visa or Mastercard, you will be asked to supply a Verification Number.  Most credit cards display the verification number on the back of the credit card, just above the Signature and at the end of the regular account number.  This number will be a 3-digit number. If you pay with American Express, you will be asked to provide the Card Security Code.  American Express displays the 4-digit code on the front of the card, above the account number and at the right. Payments are processed online through a secure gateway provided by Chase Merchant Services, L.L.C. and SurePay Gateway Service.   

Q. What is included in the price of the card? 
Each card comes with unlimited wording, printing in black ink, choice of several fun fonts, an e-mail proof and envelopes.  Additional printing options, such as printing in color or printing a return address on envelopes can be added at an additional cost.

         Printing in color can be requested at an additional cost of $6.00 per item

         Printed return address on envelopes can be added at an additional cost of $.25 per              envelope

         Pre-delivery of envelopes can be requested at an additional cost of $6.00 for deliver

 Q. Can note cards be personalized or monogrammed?   
Yes, all note cards can be personalized, monogrammed or printed with "Thank You".  If you would like your cards monogrammed, please indicate the type of monogram you would like to use.  We have four types of monograms: 

 Advanced
 Classic
 Flourish
 Modern

Once you have selected the style of monogram, please be sure to put the initials in the "Message" box while ordering.  Please put the monogram in First, Middle, Last sequence.  We will make the proper adjustments.  

Q. What is the process once my order has been received? 
After you submit your order, we will begin to process it.  The entire process, excluding shipping, takes 3-5 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday).  If the paper that you have requested is not currently in stock, we will notify you immediately, to either pick a new design or advise you of the anticipated date that we will have the paper in stock.  

Order Process 

1.  Order entry -  Once you have submit your order, you will receive an auto-reply e-mail indicating that we have received your order.   By submitting your order, you are authorizing Say It With Paper to charge your credit card for the products and/or services you have ordered.  This will happen before any work is started on your order.  Once your credit card has been authorized, we will e-mail an order confirmation to you detailing your order and the amount that will be charged to your credit card.             

 2.  Typesetting – After the order is entered and the payment has been authorized, we will begin typesetting your order.  Our goal is to deliver to you a typeset announcement or invitation that is perfect! 

3. Proof – Once your order has been typeset, usually within 2-3 business days of your order, we will send you a FREE e-mail of your proof.  The proof will be a typeset of exactly how the order will look once printed.  The proof will be a PDF file and you will need to have Acrobat Reader in order to view your proof.  A link will be provided for you to dowload the software free at www.adobe.com.  Once you receive the e-mail, you must reply to let us know that the order is "OK to print" (exactly as typeset) OR  "OK to print with changes" (listing any requested changes).   Changes in your order can delay the printing process, so please be sure to review your order very carefully before responding to the proof e-mail.

4. Printing – After we have received your e-mail indicating an "OK to print", your order will be scheduled to print.  Your order is usually printed within 1-2 working days upon receipt of your "OK to print" e-mail.   

5. Shipping – We ship from our location in Oak Park, Illinois.  We use UPS to ship our orders and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.  There are some instances when orders will be shipped using another carrier other than UPS.  **If an order is CANCELLED before printing, you will be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.  Additionally, If an order is CANCELLED after typesetting, there is an additional non-refundable $15.00 typesetting fee that you will be charged.  NO EXCEPTIONS**    

Q. If I need to make changes to my original proof, will I receive an additional e-mail proof for approval?
 If you have replied to our proof e-mail with an "OK to print with changes" ( spelling, font or content) we will make the changes and print as requested.  If you do require an additional proof e-mail, there is a charge of $5.00.  Please keep in mind that this may delay the printing process.   

Q. Am I able to order my birth announcements before I have my baby? 
Yes, this will ensure that we have the paper in stock and ready for printing.  Simply fill out the order as you would like it, leaving blanks for the unknown information.

Once the baby has arrived, send us an e-mail at
sales@sayitwithpaper.com. Once we receive your e-mail, we will begin to process your order.  

Q. Am I able to get my envelopes early to address them? 
Yes, you are able to pre-order your paper stock and receive your envelopes early.  Select the “envelope pre-delivery” option during the order process.  We will send the envelopes to you via UPS ground for an additional cost of $6.00.    

Q. What if there is an error on my order when I receive the order from Say It With Paper? 
Unfortunately, errors can occur.  At Say It With Paper, we take a great deal of pride in being professional.  If the item you receive has an error that was caused by us, we will replace your order as soon as possible at no additional charge to you. We will not replace cards if the error was on copy that you had approved.  We will gladly re-print the cards for you, charged at the full price, less a 15% discount.  The re-printed cards will be sent to you based upon the original shipping method you requested when ordering.   

**NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS**  

Q. Does Say it with Paper collect sales tax? 
We are required to collect sales tax on orders sent within the state of Illinois.  The current tax rate is 8.75%.  

Q. Does Say it with Paper ship to Hawaii and Alaska or Internationally? 
All shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped by UPS Next Day Air only.  We do ship to APO's (Army Post Offices) and FPO's (Fleet Post Offices) by US Mail.  At this time, we do not ship Internationally.
