A Charming Bowtique will allow return for credit or exhange only. If merchandise was received defective a full refund will be given less the shipping and handling fee. The merchandise must be in new condition and its original packaging. Please contact us via email for return authorization with 10 days of receiving merchandise for exchange or credit.
